  • As an authorized distributor, everything we sell is genuine and comes direct from QUAD.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
  • Wear from use and impacts against walls, glass or the floor are not manufacturing defects.
  • If something fails, message us with photos of the product and your receipt — we'll handle it with QUAD for you.
