Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases at GASI Sports (GASI Sports, legal ID [cédula jurídica pendiente]). By buying or requesting a quote from us, you accept them. Nothing here limits your consumer rights under Costa Rica's Law No. 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection.

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Products

We sell new, genuine padel gear: rackets, shoes, apparel, bags, grips, accessories and ball machines. We are QUAD's authorized distributor in Costa Rica. Photos are for reference; colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen or the production batch.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Costa Rican colones (₡) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Products marked “On request” have no published price: they are quoted on WhatsApp based on availability.
  • Shipping costs are shown or confirmed before you complete your purchase.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors; if you have already paid, we'll offer you the product at the correct price or a full refund.

3. Quotes and made-to-order items

When you request a quote on WhatsAppwe confirm the price, availability and estimated delivery time. The quote is valid for the period we indicate. For made-to-order items, lead times depend on the supplier; we'll let you know about any delay.

4. Shipping

We ship anywhere in Costa Rica by courier. Cost and timing depend on your area and are confirmed before dispatch. Inspect the package on arrival and report any visible damage within the first 48 hours. More details in Shipping & warranty.

5. Exchanges and returns

  • Size or model exchanges: within 8 calendar days of delivery, with the product unused, tags on and in its packaging. Exchange shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours.
  • Rackets with the protective film removed, or showing signs of play, cannot be exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
  • Personalized products (for example, Custom rackets) cannot be exchanged or returned, except for defects.
  • If the product arrives defective or doesn't match what you bought, we'll replace it or refund the full amount, including shipping.

6. Warranty

QUAD products carry the QUAD factory warrantyagainst manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, impacts against walls, glass or the floor, or misuse. To file a claim, message us with photos and your order number; we'll handle the case with QUAD. This does not replace the minimum legal warranty set by Law 7472.

7. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. For any claim, please email us first at hola@gasisports.com; you may also contact the National Consumer Commission (MEIC).
